  • ‘Abu-Ghazaleh Global’ Delegation Visits Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology

    ALEXANDRIA – The President of the Egypt-Japan University for Science and Technology (E-JUST), Professor Ahmed El-Gohary, received a delegation from Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global (TAG.Global) headed by Mr. Hamza Arabiyat, TAG-Academy.Global executive director, in the presence of Professor Masaaki Suzuki, E-JUST first vice president for International and Regional Affairs. 

    During the meeting, the two sides discussed means of joint cooperation in knowledge and digital learning, exchanging expertise, human cadres and training materials, as well as transferring and sharing scientific, academic and professional experiences with the aim of achieving a sustainable partnership in support of the Egyptian development strategy. The attendees also discussed channels of cooperation in a number of fields including intellectual property, digital transformation, innovation and business incubators, translation, technological devices, and specialized professional certificates.

    Furthermore, the two sides agreed on exchanging expertise between E-JUST and Talal Abu-Ghazaleh University College for Innovation (TAGUCI) in the fields of learning and capacity building in order to prepare skilled and trained human cadres which can actively participate in the construction process to fill the gap in labor market needs.

    It is worth mentioning that the meeting was held in the presence of Mr. Ahmed Fathy, IT and Development Manager at TAG.Global, and Ms. Lubna Ghanem, TAG.Global representative in Alexandria. 

    For their part, TAG.Global representatives commended the outstanding quality of education and learning E-JUST offers in the Egypt and the other Arabian and African countries. They further expressed TAG.Global’s gratitude for partnering and collaborating with the University to strengthen education and learning, raise awareness, and encourage the utilization of IT and artificial intelligence technologies in revenue-generating projects. That is in addition to the importance of directing and guiding scientific research locally, regionally, and internationally for the purpose of innovation and creativity.
